It doesn’t matter what we haveuntitled.png
Or what we’d like to be,
The kingdom of God is made up of
People like you and me

Whether we’re rich or just getting by,
Or struggling to make ends meet,
It doesn’t matter in the kingdom of God,
For Christ supplies our needs

We all have much to offer the Lord,
Our lives and all that we are,
For we can be a blessing to others
And touch another heart

God has chosen each one of us
And works within our lives
He doesn’t look at our earthly treasures,
But the treasures we have inside

For deep inside we’re all the same
And valued by our Lord,imageskva12s3l
We each have a purpose and a destiny
To fulfil what was planned before.

Love Is Priceless

IT is not the deed we do,

Though the deed be ever so fair,

But the love that the dear

Lord looketh for, Image result for helping others

Hidden with holy care

In the heart of the deed so fair.

The love is the priceless thing,

The treasure our treasure must hold;

Or ever the Lord will take the gift,

Or tell the worth of the gold

By the love that cannot be told.

Savior Of The World

Romans 14: 9-13,19

For to this end Christ both dies, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.  For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give an account of himself to God.  Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brothers way. Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

Things To Remember

Your presence is a present to the world.
You’re unique and one of a kind.
Your life can be what you want it to be.Related image
Take the days just one at a time.

Count your blessings, not your troubles.
You’ll make it through whatever comes along.
Within you are so many answers.
Understand, have courage, be strong.

Don’t put limits on yourself.
So many dreams are waiting to be realized.
Decisions are too important to leave to chance.
Reach for your peak, your goal, and your prize.

Nothing wastes more energy than worrying.
The longer one carries a problem, the heavier it gets.
Don’t take things too seriously.
Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.

Remember that a little love goes a long way.
Remember that a lot . . . goes forever.
Remember that friendship is a wise investment.
Life’s treasures are people . . . together.

Realize that it’s never too late.
Do ordinary things in an extraordinary way.
Have heath and hope and happiness.
Take the time to wish upon a star.

And don’t ever forget . . .
For even a day . . .
How very special you are.

Spiritual Lesson From Pain

How little we know what God has in store
As daily he blesses our lives more and more.
I’ve lived many years and I’ve learned many things,
But today I have grown new spiritual wings. . .
For pain has a way of broadening our viewimages2449jzqd
And bringing us closer in sympathy, too,
To those who are living in constant pain
And trying somehow to bravely sustain
The faith and endurance to keep on trying
When they almost welcome the peace of dying. . .
Without this experience I would have lived and died
Without fathoming the pain of Christ crucified,
For none of us knows what pain is all about
Until our spiritual wings start to sprout.
So thank you, God, for the gift you sent
To teach me that pain’s Heaven-sent.

Sweet Valentine

Sweet Valentine, Sweet Love of mine
I give my all and my heart to Thee
So precious are You to me, LORD
Your Love is all I know and see

Never have I known a man
To love me more sweetly and true

aThan You, my beloved Savior
In all You ever say and do

Truly you are the Love of my life
You are the One for Whom I sing
Great is the joy, the peace, the comfort
That every day to me You bring

Stay with me, my Beloved
I plead that You never leave my side
Betrothed I am, with all Your Church
To be Your pure and beloved Bride

You died for me, my Love
On Calvary You poured out Your all
How can I but answer and follow
When You, my Lord, do call?

Bind my heart to Yours, my Jesus
Grant that You and I may never part
For to know You is to know love
So I give You my all and my heart

On this Day of Saint Valentine
I celebrate You and the love You give
Wondrous it is to be in love with You
To be one with You is to truly live

May each one know you, dear Lord
May each one experience Your love sweet
May each one find You and Your Heart
May I express Your love to each one I meet

Life Eternal and Love Unceasing
Both I have found in You, the Son
You are to me everything, yes, all things
You are my meaning, my passion and my One

So a song of Valentine I sing to You
My heart beats for You as I sing rhyme
I have found my eternal and my true Love
Yes, He will be with me until the end of time.

We Need you, Lord

We need you, Lord.
Like lost wanderers in a burning, empty desert
thirst for cool, clean water,
we long for you to quench us.

Christian message be my guide

In a world gone progressively mad,
with chaos all around us,
we seek refuge in the order and purpose of your law.
With evil sneaking, leaking everywhere,
spreading heavy darkness,
creating feelings of emptiness,
we hunger for your goodness and light.
Turn us around, Lord, we pray;
retrieve your sheep who have gone astray.
Draw us to the satisfaction
of your purity and righteousness.
Cleanse us, and make us more like you,
role models, examples, beacons,
for others who are searching for meaning for their lives.
Come, Lord Jesus.
We need you, Lord.

Life And All Of Its Beauty

The future is too far away to dream of.
The past is too far behind to dwell on.Image result for life and its beauty
The world is too big to go unnoticed.
Nature is too beautiful to be passed by.

The present was meant to be lived in.
The world was meant to be cared for.
Nature was meant to be appreciated.
Life was meant to be enjoyed.

Love the present,
Love the world,
Love nature,
Love life.

Negative Expectations/Inner Vows

This was such an insightful lesson study, that I felt led to share with the Guard Yo Heart/Tea Among Friends followers. I certainly pray that it is as revelatory to you as it was to me.

Negative expectations are unbiblical belief systems that generate sin energies.

Negative expectation defined: an unbiblical belief system which has been established in your heart. It may be against yourself, others, authorities, institutions, or God. Most of these are established on an unconscious level, so we are generally unaware that we are holding them. Yet all must be repented of. They can come from word curses spoken over you or word curses you speak over yourself. Someone may tell you that you are stupid or you may tell yourself you are stupid. Both of these word curses will likely produce a negative expectation that you should act as if you are stupid.

Negative expectations can also come from your heart digesting a negative experience and then creating a negative belief from the experience. For example, if you open your mouth to share and are ridiculed for it, you could begin to believe the lie that, “If I ever open my mouth, I will be put down.” The list of negative beliefs are endless.

Negative expectations Activate the Law of Faith:
Often these expectations are self-reinforcing, for whatever you expect and believe will happen, most likely, will happen. The Bible is clear to say that whatsoever one believes for he will receive. “According to your faith, be it unto you.” (Matthew 9:29) “All things are possible to him that believeth.”(Mark 9:23) One’s faith makes even what appears impossible, possible. So, even if it were unlikely that I would fail in life, if I believe I will, I will. Because I have sown a judgment or belief system in my spirit saying I am going to fail, several biblical laws are activated in my life. “As a man thinketh so is he.”
(Proverbs 23:7)

Negative expectations Activate the Law of Judgment:
The first is the law of judgment which says, ” Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with that judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged.” (Matthew 7:1-2) Therefore, there is now an opposite force that is activated in the universe that comes back against me and performs the judgment on me which I have made about others. If you judge(or expect) people to be unfriendly, they will be unfriendly toward you. Obviously, it may take some extremely unfriendly people awhile to warm up to your friendliness. This is where the law of sowing and reaping comes in. You sow into a person’s life for a while and eventually you reap a harvest.

Negative Expectations Activate the Law of Honoring, Loving, Fearing rather than a negative judging of others:
The Bible tells us what our attitude is to be: “Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.” (1Peter 2:17) Remember, we will receive back the judgment we send out. Wouldn’t it be nice to receive back honor and love from others and blessings from God, because we reverence and obey Him? When we disdain others, we cut off any gifts or blessings God may have planned for that person to give us. Honor obviously begins with our parents, as that is one of the Ten Commandments. God even has a promise for keeping this particular commandment. “Honor thy father and thy mother; that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee.” (Exodus 20:12)

Negative Expectations Activate the Law of Sowing and Reaping:
According to the law of sowing and reaping, I must reap a harvest in light of what I have sown. “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” (Galatians 6:7) “Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy.” (Hosea 10:12) “Even as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow wickedness, reap the same.” (Job 4:8) This would mean I should expect judgments to come back to me in the same areas I have made them. For example, if I have made a judgment against people who are overweight, then I may find that I have put spiritual laws in motion which end up myself becoming overweight. Or I might find that I draw an overweight spouse to myself. Even if she is slender when we marry, my gale-wind judgment being constantly sent forth from my spirit says I don’t like people who are overweight, and that I won’t approve of her if she becomes heavy. This will cause a constant belittling of her self-worth as I criticize any and every activity that I see her doing that could cause her to gain weight. Eventually she succumbs to the constant criticism and the negative expectation that she will become heavy, and I receive back exactly what I’ve judged. I now have an overweight spouse.

Negative Expectations Activate the Law of Multiplication:
“For they sow the wind and reap the whirlwind.”(Hosea 8:7) When sowing a negative expectation, I sow to the wind, and now I must reap the whirlwind. You may only sow a small seed of anger, but you will reap an entire crop of wrath, because one little seed sown can produce hundreds of seeds in return.

In conclusion: Examine your beliefs and judgments to ensure they line up with the Bible. Those that don’t line up with the Bible need to be repented of and replaced with a more biblical belief system.

The goal is to remove all negative judgments and expectations about the world, life, people, institutions, and God that attract negative to you, and replace with Biblical expectations that release God’s grace and life out through you and to you. The reverse of negative expectations is Spirit-anointed expectations. You will receive whatever you believe because your faith ensures that you will receive. Your faith draws it to you. Speaking the word has the power to transform. (Hebrews 4:12)

Questions for Discovering the need to replace Negative Expectations:
1. Lord, what negative confessions come out of my mouth?
2. Lord, what negative expectations are in my heart?
3. Lord, what things do I believe that do not line up with what the Bible and Spirit are revealing to me?
4. Lord, what expectations are robbing me of love, joy, and peace?
5. What expectations keep me from giving thanks for all things and in all things?
