There are people all over the world who “stand in the gap” as prayer warriors. Daily praying for the needs of those suffering or in need, whether known personally or not. Praying without looking for reward, sometimes as a group, but most often in a secret prayer closet.
When we have confessed sin, sought forgiveness, healing, financial help, or whatever the need at that particular moment. Someone somewhere has probably been praying for us, even if only in a general sort of way. Its not important to know that we are in their prayers and may not ever suspect that our breakthrough came as a result of prayer on our behalf.
As Christian brothers and sisters, we have all from time to time prayed on behalf of others. Well, rest assure that someone somewhere is also praying for us too. Those prayers are not in vain.
“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” James 5:16
